Our medical assistants are here to help you with your visit. They will be taking your vitals and prepare your visit with the provider.
Important Notice when communicating with our office
PHONE CALLS & PORTAL MESSAGES: Please allow 72 hours for all non-urgent messages to be returned. Do not leave urgent messages on the voicemail system or through the patient portal. Leave only one phone message or one patient portal message. Duplicate messages will result in delayed response times for everyone.
Medication Requests: Please allow 72 hours for all medication refills or requests. Please remember to leave your pharmacy information. Check with your pharmacy to confirm that your prescription is ready for pick up.
Test Results: Please allow 10 business days for all test results. Check your patient portal for normal results. Biopsy results cannot be given over the phone or through the patient portal.
Paperwork and Forms: Please allow 10 business days for all FMLA and Disability paperwork. An administrative fee is required prior to completing paperwork.
Referrals & Authorizations: Please allow 10 business days for all referrals and insurance authorizations. This also includes laboratory billing issues.
