Check-In with Phreesia
We have implemented a convienent solution called Phreesia that will help in your check-in process.
EARLY ARRIVAL: You must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order for you to fill out the neccessary documents and insurance eligibilty verification prior to being seen by our providers.
NO SHOW POLICY: In order to provide the best service and availability to our patients, you are required to notify us 24 hours in advance that you will be unable to keep your appointment. Missed appointments are subject to a “no show” fee of $25.00 per incident. Suncoast Women's Care may discharge you from our practice if this is repeated more than 2 times.
