First you need to pre-register and then book online to select your appointment date and time. We will contact you to confirm your appointment once we have registered you and verified your insurance and patient profile. |

Check-In Process
EARLY ARRIVAL: You must arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to fill out the necessary forms and insurance eligibilty verification before being seen by our providers.
NO SHOW POLICY: In order to provide the best service and availability to our patients, you are required to notify us AT LEAST 24 hours in advance that you will be unable to keep your appointment. Missed appointments are subject to a “NO SHOW” Fee of $75.00 per incident. Suncoast Women's Care may discharge you from our practice if this is repeated more than 2 times.
